To open your game account, we ask for basic personal information - your email and username that you will use to access the game. Your IP address and access times are tracked against your username for the solo purpose of preventing cheating. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer to keep track of your actions while you are logged in. We only use session cookies on this site because the system needs this info in order to operate correctly. All passwords are encoded in database and nobody (not even administrators) can see them.

Use of Personal Information
We only use your personal information to service your account and to improve our services to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will information you provide to Dugout-Online be sold or given in any way to a third party.

Deleting your personal information
If you want to close your account and erase your data, you can do so by stop using it for 21(or 45 if you chose to extend your period) days. After 21(or 45) days of inactivity, your account will automatically be locked and your email erased from our database.

Upon registration every user will receive an email confirming that registration was successful. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals. The game will be played strictly according to the rules as posted on this site. Users should report any infringements of the rules to the administrators. If the offending user does not rectify his actions, he will be suspended or denied access to the site, and his team will be disbanded in accordance with rule 5 of the Rules.
Melderon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete or remove your user content from the site and to suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time for any violation of the Terms & Conditions without prior notice or liability.
